This song crushed my heart. As I listened, I saw a panoramic view of my life. I was taken from my mom when I was 7 years old by the courts of California. I was institutionalized for 10 years. I suffered many horrible things for those 10 years. Then when I was 18 Jesus revealed himself to me and I was saved. Im 70 years old now and have had a blessed life. Jesus helped me graduate from college, gave me two beautiful daughters,and 4 grandsons. Jesus was my mother, and my father, and my brother and my savior. I have lived in the goodness of God. He has been faithful.

I too live with a broken heart over the deaths of my 2 sons and thier mother. 15yr old 1/9/96 suicide.
His mother 7/3/07 suicide.
28 yr old 7/7/10 floating blood clots. My only sister died 2011 rare cancer.
I have battled alcohol for over 30yrs. and God has released me from that bond a third time 1/24 and I will try harder than ever to not disrespect His Grace again.
I have a 3rd cousin named Jimmy Johnson and he is the race car driver. Never met him as I was adopted at 5yrs.old.

I struggled for 20 years in active addiction. I've been sober for almost 6 years but we can reach people normies can not. If a person came to you and tried talking to you about everything you can't take them serious. They are saying the right things but have no clue what they are talking about. I can reach someone a normie can not because that person knows I've experienced the pains of detox, being clean and relapsing, rehab after rehab, letting everyone down again, losing everything again. Some things can't be taught to counselors and its hard to take them serious when they are only saying the words with nothing to back them.

But that demon got hold of me, changed who I was, ended relationships…and nearly ended my life. I am so grateful for a merciful, forgiving Father. He saved me from that nightmare! Tennessee although Jason doesn't know me I have followed him for many years in fact 1st time I met him and his family he was only 17 years old at a church in unico tn and he has been a tremendous blessing in my life ever sense my church doesn't have the budget to have him come personally but his music is played often in our worship service I even sing some of his songs myself sorry for writing so much I just wanted Jason to know what a blessing he has been and will continue to be in my life

Thank you Jesus for given Jason this beautiful song! It moved me to my core because of what God has done for me. At the age of 25, the Lord saved me and began to put me back together from a life of addictions to everything under the sun. I am now 65 and He's still healing some of the broken parts, but I trust they are less of them. Thank you Jesus.
