I agree but that is not always the rule imo. A confident man in the right setting can joke about his weak spots (height, facial feature, etc) in a playful manner with people or with a girl and come off as having a good sense of humor and not so uptight. Its the execution that needs to be mastered as joking about yourself in the wrong contex, can backfire

    Rule number one:
Talk to yourself and set a clear blueprint of what type of man you want to be. How you want to carry yourself, how you want to treat people and be treated, how you want to be perceived, what you can tolerate and what not. Then, based on that, write out some guidelines/rules for yourself and act by those rules.
That will enable you to stay true to yourself and be authentic. And that authenticity will provide you with the most stable type of confidence - internal confidence. And no amount of money or flashy items can give you confidence like that.

After physical bullying of 3 vs 1 in school I became very angry, for the next 3 years of my life I kept fighting against myself in my head that I was
eating shit during every meal. While eating tomato or chilli sauce I fought against myself in my head that I was eating menstrual period blood.
During EVERY single second of those 3 years I also kept fighting against myself in my head that the bullies were sodomizing me and my family members.
Even going to other schools didn't resolve this mental torture because the anger was still there.
As a result I severely couldn't concentrate during exams and classes.
I am still having self esteem issues 14 years on from the incident. I went to army and didn't do some admin work due to fighting myself in my head
and army people thought I was lazy and thus bullied me as well. This is why I have zero sympathies and zero tolerance for bullies. I am 33 years old
and don't even have a first girlfriend, partly sabotaged due to bullying, masturbating to myself everyday like a loser.
I have also missed out on $400,000++ of opportunity cost in earnings from jobs. I went to teach the bullies a lesson by cyberbullying/harassing them online,
the bullies were so "strong" until they went to call the police LOL, but like I mentioned above, I have zero regrets and I don't see it as something wrong
because I went to the police and they said they could do nothing about it, plus because I was teaching them a lesson :)
When I finally cried after 3 years due to constantly fighting against myself in my head it was an outbreak of tears across my whole face, it was so bad
until my mucus reached my forehead. Please spread on this comment so that people can know how serious the aftermath of bullying is and have lesser cases
      of bullying in the future.

True. Most men fail at emotional intelligence and mistake boundaries for emotional disassociation and low emotional intelligence. Basically, men are victims of society as well (boys don't cry etc)
I would suggest psychotherapy because there is always plenty to work on when it comes to healing traumas. And accepting and acknowledging that we have traumas even though we are men is not weakness as some would think but having balls.

    My personal take always:
    1. Mentioning "Good diet" then showing bread and pasta - nope for regular meal. As a weekend treat, yes.
    2. Cool content but shallow. It's just a better version of a copy-paste research during high school or college. Would be better if you put on more of your personality and personal experience like what you mentioned at the "Sports" section.
    3. Monotonous voice. Maybe add some giggle or laugh or mannerisms to make it sound engaging.
I have been watching your videos that is why I felt the need to suggest something. All the best!

While I can agree on a lot of things (fitness, grooming, etc). You are wrong about "style" to an extent. When you become too concerned about your "style" and how you are perceived by others, you have already lost. Don't give af what others think about you (eg. the way you dress). True alphas don't care what other people think of them.

    • @JM-zz3vs

@@JM-zz3vs I suggest you understand what an "alpha" is before you comment. An alpha male is a mentality, not a "look" or outward appearance. Some of the wealthiest and most successful people I know dress extremely casual / never "dress up". Why you think billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk, Mark Cuban where jeans and a plain ass T-shirt everyday? Bc they don't give AF. They know they're a boss and don't have to impress anyone.

On the topic of hobbies, I think a well rounded person should have different types of hobbies:
    Physical
    Creative
    Intellectual(ly stimulating)
    Social
Now obviously some hobbies would fall in more than one category; playing a sport could be physical and social, and writing could be both a creative exercise as well as an intellectually stimulating one.

The prospect of being high value is to get rid of anything that can be used against you. Society has this way of pulling one of your shortcomings into a major thing even when you have achieve so much. Do not give society any ammo, if six feet is the goal achieve that six feet by any means necessary. Low body count, self respect, having compassion, empathy, loyal, never cheating, supportive. It apply to women as well. If you have high body counts, you’re not a high value women or men. You’re delusional. High body counts means: no self respect and lowers your value.

Lot of womans don't care about how Many girls a guy slept with. They just don't care and they find it attractive because it means that guy has experience.
Many womans prefer a man with experience in bedroom.
Mans on the other hand have a different Point of view.
      It's just different.

That depends. I certainly don't want a fuc boi and I know people who don't want sl*t girl. But they certainly don't want me either lol, Im sure they like each other's openness and not my reservedness.
We shouldn't think our values are universal that can determine what is high value and not. For example, to some people just being not part of the religion make your value negative to certain people and being part of other religion make you negative in others.

Can a short and ugly man become a high value man? Its a urban philosophical question. What does it actually mean to be a high value.other than being rich. Make a video on it next

Imagine a short guy, like under 5’5 and who’s also not so good looking. This guy decides to dedicate himself to the gym and gets ripped shredded and muscular. Imagine this same guy gets a fresh haircut/fade, gets himself a high quality wardrobe, cologne, nice shoes, maybe even grows some facial hair.. now imagine this same guy is making 100k+ a year, is well travelled, plays an instrument, speaks more than one language.. I would say this supposedly “ugly” short guy is the most high status version of himself. Problem is most people are not willing to put in the work to make that a reality

Theres obviously always someone better, which is the exact reason you need to be competent. Appearance isnt everything. The average man is out of shape and making minimum wage. Now imagine this short guy standing next to the average man. Wonder which one of them would seem invisible to females.
