I found this song in a Taiko no Tatsujin Arcade in Singapore. Hard is 8 stars. The hardest of all the hard difficulty songs I've played so far, holy hell.
Currently, it's available only on JP server. On home page, click on the button with a shell, almost on lower center, then scroll the left bar until you see the part with green and blue with the pearls. The song will be at "Game" section, I think is the third one.
