27:45 I remember in Fall 2020 that I really wondered and felt for Jared and the Walker production trying to start from square 1 on a new show during the COVID restrictions. So many of the small interactions we took for granted vanished during COVID (for understandable reasons). Imagine not being able mouth words at people (masks), or plan for drinks together after work …it must have made it so much harder to build the social capital that a makes a good team an amazing team.

And thus the combo of those phrases was "bad". But really... could you maybe give folks the benefit of the doubt that we're NOT poking fun of fellow fans? There are lots of inside jokes amongst friends and unfortunately they get picked up by the microphone. There's no need to start drama.
