Sorry to hear this. Do you work out now and eat good? Plenty of protein, veggies and fruits? Resistance training and getting in over 10,000 tracked steps a day? I did these things a couple years ago and it markedly improved my overall health and mood. I’m 45.
@@3825cmac I ride a bike, but after I got Covid 19 everything got worse, I had after-effects, I only eat natural food. I have lactose intolerance, bronchitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, gastritis and now I have a cyst in my liver.

Wow how the hell did most of them get to 25+ years later and still some how manage to look like they have not really been ageing for that long. Also considering how good they still look now a days well I would expected Hollywood to have them in more stuff over the years.
very difficult to jump from tv star to movie star. Tom Hanks, Bruce Willis, Will Smith and Kevin James were the few to make a jump and succeed. BH 90210 was a cast of pretty faces with no acting talent unless you count Hillary Swank who can act.
Beverly Hills, 90210 was such a huge part of the 90s, and seeing how the cast has changed over the years is both nostalgic and surprising.
I loved that show- I was a senior in HS when it started. Got me through a cancer diagnosis, treatment too!
