Man... and i thought i was onto something, thinking that maybe she was taking on Twilight's powers just in a different form using those reformed keys.
Oh man why does a 2016 anime have 100 times better quality the the Precures now... But anyway, Scarlet's attack is the most beautiful and impressive one in Precure~ (Just my opinion)
something has bothered me a bit about those keys... if they were created by dyspear using nothing but despair energy, then... how did they react to Towa's dream and new found hope. hmm... i have an idea, what if there is a part of this story we don't know. The previous Princess Precures said that after they sealed away the darkness AKA Dyspear, they felt it was necessary to leave behind a 4th perfume. BUT, they never mentioned how they got it. I doubt they were able to just make one, because it was never mentioned how they were made to begin with. so i think maybe they got it from a 4th princess precure. what i'm saying is what if Towa isn't the first Cure Scarlet. and those 3 Despair keys were originally those Dress-up keys that they are now. Now following this logic and theory, that would lead to speculation that Dyspear *might* have been the previous Cure Scarlet. Since she is the one who pulled out those keys. not only that, we don't know Dyspear's origins, we know she was locked away the forest of despair, but that's all we know. Something else that might coincide with this theory is that when Twilight transformed using Dyspear's keys, she ended up looked ALOT like Dyspear herself. so if Dypear's keys turned into Cure Scarlet keys, that might also lead you to believe that Dyspear is the previous Cure Scarlet. not only that, when Dyspear saw Cure Scarlet, she didn't seems shocked or confused, she seemed more interested in how Towa became so powerful. This is why i think that Dyspear's keys turned into Cure Scarlet's keys due to Towa's Dreams and new found hope. Becuase they were already dress-up keys, and being touched by Towa's Dreams made them react to expel the Despair energy and return to their true form. Now some of you could say that "Towa said that they were made from Dyspear" but the thing is, if they don't know that these keys existed for a previous Cure Scarlet than that is the only thing they can go on, so it makes since that Towa would say that. this is just a theeory of mine, and like i said it's a *little* far-fetched, but what do you guys think, what do you think of the situation i have presented you.
