Talking about your salary and career can ensure you are making a fair wage and allows you to hold your employer accountable so you are being compensated for your value. It also allows others in your field to gain insight and ensure they are being compensated fairly as well. Talking about your salary with people you work with can also ensure fair pay practices and allow for negotiation as well. Just my thoughts.

I live in Vegas and the light show is amazing every year. 😊 You should definitely check out the ice skating ⛸ as well. It's on the cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. It's called The Ice Rink. As well as the Lee Canyon... If you like snow ❄ or snowboarding 🏂 haha. I heard great things about it. Also the people that i know that live here as well. They told me it's a great place to take cute photos 📷 in the mountains with snow, trees 🌳and more. It feels like you're not even in Vegas anymore. It's really beautiful🏔🏞.
