I agree with the fact that unborn children deserves a chance at life, but there is a few issues that needs to be addressed: 1. State laws supersedes federal, this is often ignored due to political feelings of the us populace (the hardcore unionists, Sherman lovers, and Lincolnites) 2. Presidents have little to no authority to make laws, that belongs to Congress and that itself is a mess, but both sides can advise one another, but again, people vote on political feelings and vote popularity and not policy. 3. Lastly, you would need some kind of force to follow through on the national level prosecution, and that can be grounded quickly by scotus and states. There is a reason checks and balances exist, even if thrown out of the window just by lobbying parties, also the us is supposed to be a federation of countries and not a single country.

One thing I have to say is LEADERSHIP. Even if the President does not have the authority in situations, be a LEADER and promote what's morally right.
