Hi Shirley still available ? City sewer & water ? Good safe area of Ocala? Any added buyers incentives. ? Plan to relocate there from South Miami hopefully next few months. Excellent video 👌 Thank you kindly. 👍
Hi DJ, thank you for reaching out. I would have to check, but I would think not. However, there are plenty similar homes with the same amenities available. @@shirleyflrealtor that wasn't my question. Of course there is crime everywhere, the crime rate is much higher in ocala. That explains the cheaper home prices. Does that make sense?😘
Thank you for your comment. Do you live in Florida? Yes it’s gone to but that’s everywhere. People are still moving here by the thousands. I feel no matter where you live it’s never perfect.
If you want to move into Florida, you best stay away from the non costal regions. It’s way hotter, humid , buggy, and boring. But y’all do whatever y’all want. Oh yeah, fl is currently going through a laborer drought. Food is up , gas is up, and weather is peaking And it’s hurricane season
Hi I'm New to your Channel, This Home is Nice, Although There we're somethings that I noticed, That I Would have Changed, They needed Epoxy in the Garage Flooring, I Hate the SHOWER with out a CLOSED Door, And it doesn't have a Covered Patio, But other than that, The Price is Right on the MONEY, Awesome 👍😎
@@shirleyflrealtor Because I just bought a newly constructed home in NW ocala. I was told by spectrum that they service my area prior to purchasing the house. Once I closed, had them come out to tell me the home is not serviceable. I have tried every other option, att, Verizon, century link and a bunch of no name companies. No one can provide internet service to my home. Can't get satellite because I have a bunch of tall trees around me. My cell service barely works, and that includes the 2 additional phones I purchased to test. So my original tmobile and my new att and Verizon phone barely get service. I work from home and will probably lose the job that allowed me to purchase the home, therefore losing the home as well. It couldn't be a bigger nightmare. Had I known ocala was 20 years behind on internet, I NEVER would've purchased there. Few, outdated cell towers and no good internet. Also I have been reaching out on local Facebook groups and internet service is a major problem for MANY, not just me. I have never seen anything like it anywhere else.
@@mariebee3146 I’m so sorry to hear that. I have not heard that before. I truly hope that you were able to get it worked out. That would be a shame if you lost your job in your house because of poor Internet. 😔
@@shirleyflrealtor Not sure how you've never heard of it. There's even articles about it in local ocala news about the lack of internet and cell service. The people in ocala are not happy.
While this home appears adequate, at first, I noticed some inequities! The "great room" was the only place to entertain in the whole house! Not having a "Florida Room", which is practically a necessity there, it could seem mighty 'tight' after awhile! Secondly, most of the bedrooms didn't have an amoire & dresser, to make the rooms look larger! House nice, but just adequate!
It’s a really nice house. For the size it’s great. To have the Florida room it would have to be a larger house. Most homes built like that don’t have that space. It’s a great starter home as well. 😊
