On the note of loud intros, I don't want to seem harsh, but your intro often is really loud for me.

Mumbo Jumbo Also, other than the fact that that video was bliss to watch, you could:
a) Make a video which is the epitome of this video.
b) Mention that you should do UA-cam *only* if you like it.

"10 Top Tips For Minecraft UA-camrs!" you say? It would probably be more appropriate to say this will apply to all of UA-cam, and not just the Minecraft portion of the UA-cam community.
I was just searching YT and found a person using Mumbo's red/white logo...and the name Dinner Bone...his strategy doesn't seem to be working tho..only has a few subs

Tip one already makes me feel sooo happy! I cant handle those millions of channels that have those vibrating texts and stupid dubstep as an intro. I instantly click away from the video. Im happy other people feel the same way

I thought things like "My mic isn't good enough.", "I won't have anything interesting to talk about.", etc. This is just what I needed to start up my channel again! +CaviteTech For real? Seriously? They created Windows 10's design which is perfect and they created this thing that looks like a font but is 1000% worse too? GG Microsoft logic
+Price Epical No. It's not as easy. Windows 10 has got great transitions, average+ fonts, really cool color palettes and a great deal of screen size compatibility. It's not the best design in the world of course, but if you think they created Comic Sans, they did a good job on Windows.

I always thought a good intro gave a video/channel some character; something hastily slapped together looked terrible, and often detracted from the content.
And oh yes; Volume Leveling is a _must_; you always ALWAYS want to run through your vids through each step of the way to ensure consistent (or at the very least, a decent range) volume levels throughout; jarring transitions in sound do little more than aggravate people X3
