But the brokers, insurance has all the hidden fees that make an investment due to high fees from the club of high fees. No one will compete them, who will they'll ended up like etoro and Binance by the government. 😅

Binance only pay tax within us govt or what country they reg., it is not advisable to double tax an entity. Instead they should impose treaty to not tax binance or pay only sales tax or every transaction and not a company formation registration just like SEC said binance supposed to do.
That is why it’s better to transfer your crypto to a secure wallet. Do not leave it in exchanges

Banning Binance to protect investor money sounds like a solid plan-except for the part where it kinda backfires and locks people out of their own cash. Great job on protecting them from potential risks, but what about protecting them from your ban that just froze their assets?
Also, if the SEC’s plan is to show who’s boss by slapping a ban on platforms over fees, it’s like throwing a tantrum over a late fee and then locking someone out of their house. Seems a bit extreme, don’t you think? There’s gotta be a better way to handle this without causing a full-on financial meltdown for folks who just wanted to invest their money.
