Fingerless gloves! The 80's called and they are proud of this!
Never considered this suit before
Great job man!
I like that mobile armor mode, a giant bug with functional grabby claws. Or a Gerwalk with a Regult feet. :)
I;m all out of moose steaks! But luckily, I already have this one. Awesome review, love the 80's lingo and those totally rad fingerless gloves!
Something about those gloves get me exXxcited!
Yay Zeta Kai! Great job on this review, man! :)
Thank you!
Great review man! Glad to see you were brought on to the team at the Gunpla Network. Speaking about Zeta, I just started the series and so far it is pretty good. Quick question, have you put together the PG Zeta? I was thinking about picking that one up for my first PG. Pros and Cons?
You may be shocked to hear this, but Zeta is my favorite show. I hope you continue to enjoy it!
As far as the PG, I haven't built it myself (yet). I've heard good things. The ability to transform does hinder the stability, but not as much as you would think. Personally, the proportions aren't that appealing - it looks a bit too chunky and short. I like my Zetas tall and sleek.
Welcome to GN Zeta Kai
Not that I dislike Macross or anything but I would argue that everything started transforming in the 1980's because of the success of the Transformers.
I agree that Transformers definitely had a huge impact on all mecha animation worldwide and absolutely influenced Gundam shows to continue to feature transforming Mobile Suits. However, while some 1980 designs by Kawamori for Diaclone did end up in TF, Macross predated TF by about 3 years. From what I've heard, Sunrise "demanded" transforming designs due to the success of Macross.
Incidentally, I was originally going to talk about Transformers in the review, but after doing a little research, I discovered Macross was more influential to Zeta Gundam.
But there is no doubt that Transformers took it to a whole other level. An atomic explosion of transforming mecha.
I like the new guy, i want more videos from him
if the robot mode didnt look this odd and...well kinda stoopeed ngl,i would get one,the mobile armour mode is neat
Did you say "Weird Bug Shaped" mecha??? Count me in!
