Great Presentation Man! Very nice indeed.... For the persons that's never had the Jacuzzi tub effect in a master bathroom might not wanna remodel real quick, before they realized this works just fine... First Class all the way bro 👍
This home is beautiful. Although... I don't understand the (seemingly obsessive) need for all of the built-in desks and cabinets in absolutely every single bedroom in the house. However, the house sold, so I guess someone didn't mind them.
Looks old fashioned, also why do Americans feel its necessary to have such large homes when they probably dont even use half the space and 1 thing I have noticed is Americans have beautiful kitchens with all the granite and marble but they dont even cook at home there always eating out at fast food places or restaurants, the only time they use there kitchen is at Thanksgiving
This home sold last year in October for $2,850,000. We have several coming to the market over the next couple of weeks. If you are looking for something specific we would love to help!
The interior looks 20 to 30 years old and needs to be remodeled for 20 million dollars. It it's crying to be professionally staged. The exterior landscape needs a lot of attention and details, it looks like it's been a rental property from the outside I've been on that street many times and seen that home. For that price point I would rather have Newport Coast. Any other properties in Anaheim Hills, Peralta Hills, and Moulder Hills, I really showing their age and you need to be remodeled according to the heartland of America taste. I've always heard this area is part of the gold triangle.
Everyone has their own individual taste and the buyer of this home loved the interior. Each home is different thankfully! Newport Coast is beautiful too!
I'd get rid of those lions on front doors. I don't like the formal dining room by the entrance. I'd remove that inside fountain ⛲. And that round glass ceiling looks like I'm in a church. That kitchen is so plain. I don't like the stairwell. Laundry by kitchen is a no for me. The only thing I like is the good size bedrooms upstairs with their own balcony. Your socks are 🧦 ...😂
You really appreciate the attention to the details for these older houses than it is in current modern houses.
I mean... that door is a stunner! Great job on the video!
Great job on the Laundry room. The whole place is beautiful.
Nice beautiful place, very well presented.!!!!

Gorgeous and beautiful outside and inside, I love it.

I love it just the way it is ❤️🔥
So nice
FYI off screen narration would work wonders in these situations we want to see the house
Thank you for the feedback! We have since changed our style a bit since this video was created.
I would buy it but it doesn't have a tendedero area!!!!✌👍👍
Tendedero?
Para tender los calcones??
Asi es!!!👍👍
This house looks amazing from the outside but I don’t love the inside
Boy! I like your socks as well!😁
Glad you like them!

Generalization is bad
Many people cook at home too.
Yes 💖 I luv it 😍
MOST HIGH, THE OUTSIDE OF THIS HOUSE IS PERFECT, BUT I DESIRE A GLASS FRONT DOOR AND A DRIVE AROUND DRIVEWAY WITH A FOUNTAIN IN THE CENTER.
Love this community!
It's pretty spectacular!
What is the cost of the homes u show
We show homes from $400,000 up to $20,000,000 our average sales price is just around $1,500,000.
I always have a question: why do people sell it?
Some have jobs that relocate, or maybe downsizing to a smaller home. Each reason is different.
The outside is beautiful and modern but the inside is meh 😒
THE KITCHEN BURNERS RAN ME OFF SORRY
How much is this house

Beautiful home, unfortunately it's in California!
who is the builder?
We will check with George Geronsin and get back to you.

Why did people of the early 90's want 3 person hot tubs in their ensuite and today's people don't ? What changed ?
Good question!
Swingers?? 😉
Normal people don’t like threesomes. No we don’t want to share that
Walls would need to come down . walls are a waste of space.
I’d hate to clean this house
It is a lot of home to clean for sure!
@@TheGeronsins I’d have to live there😀😉
😂 😂 😂
No entrance should ever have the staircase, or dining room, greet them right off the bat. It looks and feels so bad.
Someone loved it and they bought it. To each their own :)
I totally disagree. I think it is absolutely stunning, especially the staircase. I would not change a thing.
Too bad its in Taxifornia
home taxes are worse in texas. Taxes aren't that bad here unless your making over a mill and then they find ways not to pay
Maybe feed a family!

I’d rather a video without you talking
Thank you for the feedback! Sometimes there are features about the home that no one would know about unless it is mentioned.
@@TheGeronsins I like the talking and explaining thank you!
@@TheGeronsins It's interesting to hear you explaining each detail.
