TheBrokenNinja I LOVE comicbook's, the cartoons they're based on etc. And I can objectively say that Arrow and Flash aren't good. They are decent at best. People tend to overrate them imo. A cartoon like Young Justice shits all over Arrow and Flash. That cartoon alone is better than Flash and Arrow together.

The killing Joke I'm using a cartoon as an example to show how much better a Cartoon Network cartoon is than a live action CW superhero show.
Young Justice had a better balance between the characters, it was better written, the plot was more solid, the (voice)acting is on a higher level than the forced filled melodrama Arrow Olicity bullshit. Young Justice even did relationships better. Superboy/Ms. Martian and Kid Flash/Artemis were done way better than Oliver/Laurel, Oliver/Felicity, Oliver/Isabel Rochev, Oliver/Sara, Barry/Iris, Barry/Linda, Thea/Roy etc. etc. etc.
And The Flash season 1 was really decent, minus the dumb filler and weak relationships. Arrow had a horrible season 3. The Flash season 2 is by far not as strong as season 1. Arrow is a bit back on track during season 4.
The 100 is overall more coheisive and solid imo.
How can a show I had SO little trust in before it aired, turn out to be so awesome? :) From 'ok-ish' during the first half of season 1, to 'pretty good' during the second half of the first season. To 'kickass awesome' in season 2?! ^^

+Marwa Mumin I watch it because I love the decisions they have to make and much like TWD it looks at what it means to be human and how far would you go for the ones you love and to survive. I wouldn't mind if there was a bit of love in it with Bellamy and Clarke.
+Paige Leigh I honestly don't watch this show for any of the romance. Of course the romance is fun, but in all honestly, the reason I watch this show is because they don't let romance be what moves the story. Clark does things, not for a man/woman she might love, but to save her people. It is about people, and what it means to be human, an how a person can change, or maybe become the person they were always meant to be (Clark in this case a leader, later on a martyr). How when they're put in a situation to make a seemingly horrible decision because it is what is right for everyone, even if that decision means ending yourself, you do it. Anyways, that's what I think.
At the end of it all, I like Clark and Bellamy, but I'm okay if it doesn't happen either way. In my eyes, endgame romance is not necessary for the 100 to success as a show.

The 100 not so much like how one derives romance from 100 teenagers trying to survive on earth with unknown threats emerging is astonishing.

I know The 100 isn't a love story by any stretch of the imagination, but that doesn't mean the show doesn't deserve an epic love story to be told. I'm personally a Bellamy and Clarke fan. I love them in the books and I love them in the show. However, while I support their pairing as the "epic" love story that needs to be told I'm not naive enough to believe it's the ONLY story that should be told. I'm a fan of people. I love relationships. I'm a shipper of Bellamy and Octavia's sibling bond, can't wait to see what happens between them this season. I'm a shipper of Jasper and Monty's friendship and how what happened at Mt. Weather and to Maya may change them forever. I love the budding relationship between Raven and Wick, something I believe has the potential of not only being real, but better than what she had with Finn. I love what Chancellor Jaha gave Murphy, a shot at redemption (albeit, that trek to the City of Lights was a bit cray cray). I'm interested in how Clarke deals with her demons on her own and how she'll find her way back. Kane and Abby, friends and lovers. Raven and Clarke, friends. Kane and Bellamy, as soldiers. Lincoln and the Grounders. Lincoln and Octavia. Octavia and the Grounders. And the endless other pairings I've yet to list or have yet to develop. Yes, this show may be about survival on the surface, but at it's core it's about humanity and the relationships we make along the way and anyone watching the show would be remiss to ignore those connections. I ship Clarke and Bellamy for two reasons; 1. chemistry. It would be difficult to believe in their connection if it wasn't for the chemistry between Taylor and Morley and that was something I noticed early on. It was a lot more apparent than it ever was for Taylor and McDonell. Same goes for Taylor and Debnam-Carey, for two very beautiful young women I didn't sense a chemistry between them other than friendly. I, for one, felt like their kiss although tasteful was for shock purposes. It was out of place and did not go with the story at all. No disrespect to those that support Clexa it just doesn't make sense to the overall story for the Sky people and Clarke's story as a whole. Whereas, Octavia and Lincoln make sense, Sky person and Grounder; this is where the mending of walls and building of bridges begins and ends. I digress, back to my reasons, and 2. they found themselves in each other (yes, totally, biting off Arrow here, but if you watch the show you'll understand what I mean). In the beginning, they did not agree on much, yet they found a common ground that allowed them to develop an unconditional trust and understanding. They've shown true character development in the last two seasons, especially in season two when they spent most of it apart. In a world where all seems lost these two have managed to inspire each other and their people. It was by no mistake the parallel of events that led to the season two finale. Bellamy and Clarke can either be the exact same or polar opposites, but they provide each other what the other lacks. Their love, although quiet and not romantic now, is there and it's bubbling under the surface. Their love is straightforward without complexities and it's because of that they were both able to offer each other forgiveness when they needed it most.

I am freaking out about it because it's pretty much the only time clarke looks actually relieved and kind of happy in the trailer? plus people get excited about different things, this was (at least for me) the only bright spot in the entire trailer, since i don't care about grounders that much and poor raven keeps on getting tortured and is shown in pain. the trailer was nice, but everything was chaos and destruction, so i'm happy to see at least some nice things.

Right now I am abroad for my brother wedding but I was so excited to see the 100 trailer. I only watched the first 2 seasons after the 2x16 and I have been hooked with this show, constantly checking for updates. We know someone dies, it could be jasper, some say it's Lincon ect....but man the trailer was epic. It looks like Clarke joined up with a village, hence the grounders get up. Also wounder who Clarke was hooking up....but I hope we see Clexa moments. Also that Rounin character, his fighting Lexa, maybe for the leadership but I can't wait for the premier.

Also although it is important to understand the characters within the context of their relationships, it's important to remember that there's more to them than who you want them to be coupled with. This show is so underrated, the plot is brilliant and the way they flesh out their characters and themes is so damn good! Just enjoy the show and let other people enjoy it as well :)

There is so much going on in this promo I don't even know where to start!!!
The only ship I ever loved on this show was Clarke and Finn! (Now the one I like is Abby and Kane.) I think Clarke doesn't need to be romantically paired with anyone right now. She still hasn't really had time to process what she did to Finn because of everything that happened. I don't think she should be with Lexa for lots of reasons but mostly because Lexa is a traitorous bitch! (Don't kill me :P)
And I don't think she should be with Bellamy because the two of them have finally started to have a decent friendship and that shouldn't be ruined because of fangirls who need everyone to be romantically involved.
(IMHO Shippers ruined Arrow with all the Olicity crap and I really don't want to see that happen to another good show.)

+Michelle Ghafoori I don't think so. She is way to interesting to just kill her off. Yes Lexa did betray Clarke, but she did it for her people. She could have chosen her own happiness (with Clarke), but she didn't. As Midnight Karma already said she would have lost so many if she would've attacked MW and she already lost hundreds of her people. She didn't want to sacrifice her people any longer same as Clarke when she irradiated Level 5. The betrayal definitely was a shock, but I understand why she did it. I mean they've all did terrible things. (Finn killed 18 people because of Clarke, Bellamy made sure in s1 that all of the 100 take their wristbands off, just because he was afraid of his people coming down and punishing him for trying to kill Jaha, the council floated hundreds of people for steeling food and medicine, Clarke irradiated MW and killed children and innocent people... the list goes on)
And about Bellarke. I see them also more like best friends who would die for each other, but not as a couple. They have chemistry, but it is not romantic at all. You can see the difference between Bellamy's and Clarke's relationship and Lexa's and Clarke's relationship.
I hope the relationship between Octavia and Bellamy will be ok one day. I think they have one of the strongest bonds of all characters.

But what if Octavia is angry at Bellamy for bombing all of the grounders in the field. He looks like hes in the field with them in disguise so he could have done something. Like shes saying that hes on the wrong side because she is with the grounders at that point and Bellamy killed them?
