Interesting observation!
However I think the labor theory of value suggest that your time and labor is not reciprocated fairly...i.e. you give your time and hard work, and in return get the minimum reward, whereas your employer keeps the bulk of the profit. So, you don't get the same VALUE of your time and efforts...whereas this lecture suggest that you eventually get the fruit of your labor/time should you stay persistent, and respect time esp. in personal relationship...which is more of a philosophical approach than in monetary/$$ terms i.e. corporate relationship.
