The composer was contracted to New Japan and I believe the song belongs to them (I might be incorrect but I’ve always at least thought this was the case.). Either way, I get why he’d change his theme to represent the next chapter in his professional career, as AEW started up. But yeah...to me the Devil’s Sky theme is iconic, fitting his character wonderfully. I hold out that one day we will hear it again once Kenny comes back for a G1 or something! 😀
