It is always like that you wouldn't get 100% positive or negative due to placement, aspects and lagna strength. I have similar to you but cancer ascendant. The best way so far I know is to surrender to a guru. chant Dakshina murthy, or Datattraya and so on. Hope that helps

You will experience the results according to its placement (i.e. planets placement) in the respective planets dasha and bhukti. Strength of Lagna has to be deduced and if positively strong then results will be more on the positive side and vice- versa.

Nobody can be considered inauspicious to another person / spouse because of a planetary placement. All your luck and failures are only because of your horoscope and not because of any other chart.

It will give mixed results. Example - Sun for Pisces Lagna is 6th lord and now when there will be Sun's bhukti in Jupiter's period or vice versa then it will trigger negative results with regard to health issues but during the same time he/she might clear any competitive exam (transit also has to be seen) because of strong and exalted 6th Lord. Hence i keep saying that any position whether good or bad will have both positive and negative effects in a person's life.
For Capricorn ascendant Jupiter is already a functional malefic planet. Hence its position in 8th house will increase the level of difficulty in its dasha/bhukti and malefic transit.
