Hell yeah man I have a yz 125 that I use for mx. Best upgrade was a Keihin Carb off of a yz 250 and the STIC metering block. I had the mikuni jetted good but the Keihin + STIC shreds.

Hey man do u got any tips on the turns and what gear I should be in when going into the turns

depends on the bike and track and comes with experience. However for me personally on a 250f i find that most turns generally get caught in the 2nd to 3rd gear area. Good luck out there!
