    Just wanted to say I’m one week in to owning my Kamado Joe and I used your 3 hour St. Louis ribs video for my first cook. Holy cow you made me a rock star in my house! This Filet/Alfredo recipe is on the list of must tries for sure…. Once I gain a little more experience with the Joe. Keep up the great work!

    Downright sexy indeed! Another hit! I’m bummed I missed this before Valentines Day. I cooked reverse sear filets and they were spectacular, but this would have been over the top! I’ll find a reason…Nicely done!

    Merci et bravo pour cette recette ! I've never tried beef tenderloin... I cook and cold smoke pork tenderloin ! Plain, or stuffed with apples, Paris mushrooms and Choriso, it's a tuerie !!!

      ce filet de porc sonne bien. Normalement, je ne fais pas de filets de bœuf, mais celui-ci était fantastique et spécial pour la Saint-Valentin.
