    Sir, please turn down your microphone volume. I think the issue is not inside of OBS recording software but in Windows audio settings. You probably have microphone volume gain set too much. And what we hear is distorted overdrived voice.

      @@BstAfricanElectronicsSurgery I mean in Windows Audio settings, in microphone section you have volume slider - BUT very often there is an advanced/ additional microphone setting, where you set gain: +10db, +20db, +30db gain - and I think this setting you have set too much.
