The moment When Marvin realised he was on his own when he woke up in hospital and his boys were nowhere to be seen.
    That hurt him so bad.
Marvin has a heart of gold if you was in his circle.
I think Marvin’s problem was to think everyone loved him like he loved them.
Glad he doing well now ❤️

Watched both of these interviews today James and can I just say, these are probably the best interviews I've ever heard with anyone. I'm a recovering former heroin and crack addict myself and I managed 8 years addicted in Blackpool without ever getting arrested somehow. I had a few close calls and got strip searched a few times and I knew it would happen sooner or later though, it was the only thing that scared me. Hearing Marv speak about all the violence and mayhem of that lifestyle is all I need to know that I'm not cut out for that life and that staying clean (nearly 3 years now) is just something infinitely more fulfilling. Sometimes I miss the excitement, and he does a great job of capturing that feeling, but of also revealing just how boring it is to always do that same shit day in day out and never progress as a person.
Marv speaks with so much expression and you can really see him re-living every moment and you live it with him. He's got such a fantastic blend of charisma, intelligence and just pure energy. Thanks for being such an inspiration Marv, and thanks for being such a great interviewer James!
    Much love!

Good to see Marv sees the bigger picture now and doing proactive things with young kids and all the good things he's got planned. Cheers James for a fantastic interview I like the way how you allow them to tell their story and if they lose their train of thought you bring them back to it. Marv's interviews have been the best I have seen. He's had an unbelievable story to tell and for him to come through all that and realize the damage he has done and hold his hands up is good to see. What a don this guy is he kept me gripped the whole way through both episodes, I didn’t know there was a second one at first, my joy at discovering the second was blinding. Great work both of yous.
