I lole'd If you adopt a median and get a phone call from someone claiming to be from the department of public works asking questions about a complaint, most likely it's a prank. Don't waste your time with it. Don't go outside to look at your median. Ask for their name and call back number, than call the department of public works and ask to speak to that person. Don't get into a long conversation with them when they call. Don't answer their questions until you confirm they're legitimate.
