I just wanted to say thank you for your help. I got my RE license on my first attempt this past Saturday thanks to your videos and teaching style. You made it interesting and easy to follow and understand for us non-finance/law students! Though very nice, my RE teacher basically read word for word out of the book. So for other teachers out there teaching the same way ---news flash--- people can read. After watching your videos I realized that people don't pass their exam on their first try not for lack of studying but simply because they simply can't master the material because they don't understand what they are reading. You can't just memorize words or at least I can't. So just wanted to say thank you for sharing your concepts and explanations on youtube and helping me understand RE. I just wish I had found you earlier! You are an asset to your organization! You should teach teachers how to teach. It would be great to see more videos especially of what to expect after getting one's license. I'm sure your knowledge and expertise would blow the youtube competition out of the water! Thanks again from Grateful in Mass
Travis, you are the most brilliant mind I have discovered teaching this stuff.... And I have spent literally hundreds of hours online learning. I would love to be able to support your businesses, even though I don't live in NC. Please consider becoming accredited as a real estate educator in neighboring states (Virginia)!
I watched some of your videos and it helped understand some of the material, I passed both test today!

I learn more from your videos. Thank you for making these!
Hey Travis you are the man! Good stuff you teach. Thanks
These questions are killing me. It is very hard to listen with these people not having a clue about basic stuff.
Hey Travis!
Does an owner-financed deal need to uphold the Fed. Equal Credit Opportunity Act?
Would the mention of current interest rates be considered a "trigger term" ?
I would assume so.
