- After moving goliath into a spot and sitting with the awnings, we decided to get some dinner. But we didn't want something local. We had a very specific place in mind and it was well over an hour long ride to get there.
We travel the country a lot in many places, but one of our favorite places called the Tucker box in White River Junction, Vermont. Kt has determined that this is her favorite restaurant ever.
I am always up for some good food always up for a good ride. So a good ride to get some good food just sounded like the thing to do.
After dinner, we rode just a few more miles over to the gorge, unfortunately, there was some construction there that limited our view. After that, we decided to head back to Loudon to the speedway

NIce side trip prior to the rally! Going to try and make it up to the speedway, but on 4 wheels as my shoulder is still not ready for that long of a ride. Looking at getting a trike so coming up to visit the Harley Demo Rides. Hopefully I can stop by and say Hello

Love zig-zagging through VT beautiful riding and scenery and its in my back yard. Holy crap the long range forecast doesn`t look to bad for next week, We've been praying to the sun gods every day.

Ah laconia rains every bike week. Best restaurant up in that area Hart's Turkey Farm in meridith next to laconia harley.
I have heard that the turkey farm was really good, but I’ve yet to eat here

Maybe you can ride the bikes as far up the mountain as they allow, before going to the peak,if weather permits you.hope you get to do it
If you ever find time to get out to CO for a ride check out the Royal Gorge. There's a bit of a pucker factor but quite spectacular.
Yes.. royal gorge is much deeper and wider.. both are beautiful
Maybe someday, we haven’t been out to Colorado in quite some time. We used to work the Rally in cripple Creek years ago ago.

Just came back from riding Vermont while at Americade. BTW Thanks for the product. My bike has never run and shifted as smooth and quiet as with Amsoil. Another convert. Worth every penny. See you next week but probably won't need a change yet. Maybe Sturgis

My wife's sister and her husband owned and ran a ski lodge in Vermont for 25 years before retiring. The White Horse Inn. It was at Sugar Bush in the White Mt range.
I bet that was an interesting business to run
@@amsoiladam A ton of work. They had 30 rooms and most times did not hire help. They did their own maintenance and room service and they cooked breakfast for the guest. Did not offer lunch or dinner. In the summer they would rent out to schools or business's for seminar or classes. They did very well but it was not a walk in the park. You know what it takes to run a business.

If you get a chance after the rally, go to Polly’s Pancake Parlor. It’s one of the best places you’ll ever eat breakfast at.

@@amsoiladam Thanks for your reply - normally I try to afford as much bandwidth as possible to your channel, but lately rebuilt the Carb Stacks to my two CB750's, Composed a lt of cool music as '@OrionsPiano", and have written Congressional members about 20 times in the past two weeks. One CB750 is for my Wife, and now is its time for its Cosmetics so a lot of vid time is on cosmetics

You channel is a Bike Festival channel which seems to teleport everywhere before I realize it. I was surprised to find you in Vermont, which is not more than a few hours way, but I am needed right now at home base -
