RT-PCR (Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction) covers a bunch of infectious diseases usually so it's normally one of the first tests I do when someone comes in with a bunch of possible infectious diseases diagnoses.
Ooo, nice tip thanks. There are three which seem to be good for this in the game, but I don't like doing all three because of discomfort levels in patients, so I shall start favouring this one over the others. 🙂👍
@@Blarla Pick whichever one between RT-PCR, PCR and ELISA that covers the most diseases. In most of my cases that just so happens to be RT-PCR but if you can cover more diseases with one of the other tests then prioritize those.
Didn't realize you were still actively playing the game. Checking out from the beginning of this series. When did you sneakily change the insurers? haha patients capacity went from like 241 to 122. I wanted to see you try it with 241 XD Those mods need some disclaimers stating it's going to break your ambulances with all insurers enabled, especially if you do accident events. The ambulances get backed up so much that you'll fail accident events cause they won't get to the hospital until near the end of the timer or after. I ended up modding my own game files and had lot of fun with the game. I suck at doctor mode and only enable it with certain events. I tend to forget to treat symptoms and just do diagnostics lol. Oh you can't breath, I guess I should treat that first lmao.
Hey Blarla! I downloaded your Royal Peeping hospital, and within the first minute of turning it on a patient died of hypothermia. I also tried your unstaffed version, but none of the rooms were assigned to departments and all the floors were gray and I had no idea what rooms you intended to be assigned to what departments.
Nothing pops up at 0:44 that I can see. and I have set patient deaths to give me a big red popup, but I never got one. I just found her dead in her ICU bed while doing something else. Was really weird. >
Oh yeah! And that patient we look at earlier in the video. She must have been waiting for something but for whatever reason a notification didn't pop-up asking what I wanted to do with her next! Which means I failed right at the start. That is really disappointing. I have set the game to have a popup and pause the game whenever I need to do the next step on a patient. If it had come up, I would have done it. I have no idea what went wrong with that setup. Jeez, what if there are other patients just waiting on me for the next step but I have no notification for it? This could get real messy. :/
There is a trick! If you place the decal on a wall normally but then use the copy and paste feature on it, you can paste them onto windows. This also works with some items!
I’m excited for this series! You got me into this game and I love your insight!!
YES!!!!! I love this hard mode you have created.

Whoop, been looking forward to this 🙂
I can never get my game to work so i love watching you solve my problems 😆 thnx
Oh heck yes, more PH content! This is why I subscribed to you!

wait it went back to 241 from 122. Weird
All patients, one doctor, 24 hours.... I hope you have a generous refund policy at the hospital.

Also love how you said you'd try not to kill any patients... 38 in-game minutes later the first patient dies.
She was dead before the shift started, I just didn't know until I saw her in the ICU. 😆 Not my shift, IT WASNT MY FAULT I SWEARS. 🤣
@@Blarla I thought her notification popped up at 0:44 but maybe I'm mistaken!

@@Blarla 8:56 is the video timestamp, 0:44 is ingame time. Sorry for the confusion!

Hello Blarla! I wanted to know in the Royal Hospital, how did you put the stickers on windows? (The logo of departments)

@@Blarla I tried... But it works only on some windows... Could you make a short clip to show how you do ?
I did show me doing it on my most recent Project Hospital live stream. I also didn't try it on all windows.
