Sam decreases healing effectiveness by a lot, the numbers vs Sam are not representative of his actual healing output. Luocha is probably one of the better healers vs Sam, it's just not a fight designed for Abundance units

Your Luocha build is interesting hes speedy and uses that 3 star LC but Healing is not that strong
