4. create 4 stitches

c. zig zag stitch: 3mm spacing & 3.5mm wide zig zag
d. Satin stitch 4mm wide and 0.36 mm density
5. Hoop garment and complete stitch on your embroidery machine.

Best machine embroidery channel ever
Love the video!!!! I never knew one could appliqué any font, love defont website!!!!! Thanks so much!!! I will be downloading many fonts from there.
Thank you! Yes, so many fonts to choose from.
So glad I came across this video! I was having trouble doing applique for letters. You explained everything so well and I was able to complete my first applique design! Thank you so much for your help.
I love your videos. You are a natural teacher. Thank you for all that you do. I have Wilcom Digitizing software and a TC 1501.
Thank you Felicia!
Thank you for the video. Hot hot was the heat press. And how many mins was it set for. Thanks 🙏
I didn't understand step c. zig zag stitch: 3mm spacing & 3.5mm wide zig zag. Is 3mm spacing in Wilcom on the Fills section and is zig zag wide on the "Special" ? Also, on the special tab there is so many to pick from but not zigzag is not there, just column c, applique, bitmap, complex fill, sequin etc. Thanks
how do you get from the downloqded font to it showing up in Hatch?
I am new to Hatch I was following along till you got to creating offset. I was not able to see what you were clicking to be able to make changes.
Wich folder did you put The font in?
Thanks for this video. Are you able to make a video on how you did the set up on the MT1501 How did you get it to stop between the stitches
It stops by itself because it has a color change. On the screen it should say A/M and it will stop in between colors.
How do you get what you downloaded on your hatch software 3
Does anyone know how to do this?
Do a video cleaning the aplique
But how did you cut the extra clothes
Love the video. Do you think I can use the same steps on Wilcom E3 or is slightly different. Thanks
Should be the same concept w/ any software.
Hi romero, you dont show hoe to install this font to hatch 2, have you a vid that shows this please.colin
Great video! Where did you get the ruler that you use?
Hello, I got the ruler online from Heat Press Nation. Its called "Line It Up Ruler"
my outline does do the inner A part
Will you please do this with Wilcom instead please?
How’d you get the center out of the A
Good video thanks
I love your videos and how you explain things!! Could you possibly do a video on how to make an interlocking name/monogram/words etc?
Thank you, yes I can.
@@RomeroThreads Thank you!!
How did you digitize the letters where the tack down stitching stitched all the letters first. I'm not to digitizing and I've been forced to do one letter at a time.
You can sequence the letters as you want it to stitch if they are digitized separately. You can set it up w/ the placement stitch 1st, then the cut stitch, then the tack down then the satin stitch.
Dude you rock!!
So you can only do the aplique with the digitizer version of hatch?
Thats the only version Ive used. I haven't used the other ones.
Question. How did you save the file. Mine saved, but didn’t add the stops. So I had to manually stop the machine, after the first set of stitches and again to cut the fabric.
You can change the colors and set your machine to stop after a color change.
hey man what's stick backing you used ? and why you hot pressed afterwards Thank you
Thats Twill from Twill USA, it has an adhesive thats activated when heat pressed. It helps keep the fabric in tact.
@@RomeroThreads Thank you.
How did you get the design onto hatch?
I loaded the font file to my computer then the font file should show up on hatch as a true type font.
What software do you use when you appliqué
In this video I was using Wilcom Hatch 2, Now I use Wilcom Designing 4.5
Where did you get the twill?
Twill USA
How did you download the font to wilcom?
You download it to your computers font folder. Da Font has instructions on how to load it to your computer.
how
What type and size needle do I use for towels?
75/11 ball point should be good.
Cutting the twill is the only reason why I came to this video low key
Really good video nonetheless 🙏
👍👍👍
How did you cut out the letters between: 6:49 and 6:52. That's the only reason why i watched this movie and you remove it from footage :(
I hand cut it with scissors. Making sure I cut close to the cut line.
@@RomeroThreads i understand. I was hoping you would use a cutting machine fot the letters and then embroider... Anyway have a nice day :)
Im currently working on that exact idea and method. I am creating a video on greek letters and using a cutter. Its dropping on Saturday.
What size mighty hoop did you use?
8"x13" mighty hoops
Romero Threads Thank you. I love what you are doing
Awesome. Thank you
where did you get the polka dot twill?
I got it from Twill USA
twillusa.com/product/fashion-fabrics/
What software do you use to appliqué
It's hatch
How would I do this in Chroma Plus?
I don't have Chroma but programs are very similar. If you can outline text then you can use that option to create your borders.
@@RomeroThreads ok I will try to find that command. I’ve been looking for it.
