Last gasp of a great institution. Though I remember travelling on most of those EB's back in mid 90's which maybe indicative of the starvation of funds they went through. Was it the 28 that used to go from Eastbourne to Rye via Battle? It was cut back to Battle in the late 90's and now looks to have disappeared altogether. Absolutely fantastic bus route and a positive roller coaster ride between Battle and Rye. Ooh MVC! I have tragically just disposed of a load of videos, some of which came from that branch.
