@@KalmateTurista thanks!!! :) yes I love my dream journal I cherish it so much. I go through phases where I stop but overall I’m going strong
@@thedreamworldpodcast I have found journaling in general to be wildly therapeutic. Silly questions: what kind of book do you write in, and what do you write with? Also, do you illustrate your journal?
@@KalmateTurista I actually use a combination of voice recording, and using a mobile app to keep track. Sometimes I will use a physical notebook that I doodle and draw in when I feel the dream needs to be artistically represented. Its truly therapeutic indeed :)
@@thedreamworldpodcast Neat! I haven't tried any journaling apps yet. I always find cool books for journaling at thrift stores.
