I have the original sound track recording from 1968. It has some of the G Delerue themes and the wonderful Timi's Yuro vocal rendering of the main title song plus a number of classical pieces that are quite nice. The film was a remake of the 1948 original but has a more modern feel. The real heartbreak of the film was the agony of the conductor's wife. Oscar Werner was wonderful and he made a number of fine films that are well worth seeing. Real stardom eluded Barbara Ferris but she was really good in the part.

I am moved as well. George Delarue is an amazing composer. My heart opens when I hear his music, especially this particular piece from Interlude.
