October 22...Beautiful weather. Man what a great ride. I got an adrenalin rush. Yup, it qualifies as a mountain road.
It's snowing this morning....LOL...probably last "fun" ride in the mountains. Till late spring in 2024 the roads will be full of gravel going forward.

Thats exactly why I love those roads, increases and decreases in speed are so fun, chain them together in lovely corners and you have heaven.

Oh...yes, I could have Lassoed that guy on the BMW with no helmet....LOL That is three times I've had a camera fall off a windshield mount. I've caught 2 of them, 66% catch rate ?!?!?! Nothing wrong with cruising at all I would have let me by to! TBF I have been really impressed with the audio of the X3. It was a great day out! Thanks for the video suggestion.

I can say from experience, you want the lens protectors. However, if you've paid for repair/replacement warranty, it's fairly painless to get it fixed...and then get lens protectors. 😊
Solid advice, I need to check if I paid for the protection service or not...😯

Nice road. I think it qualifies. I drove a mountain pass in the states recently. Would have been great for a bike BUT the uneveness of the road going into a bend would have been quite sketchy. I have some video footage I might share of it in a few weeks.

From my house takes about 1 hour. I think round trip I put in about 180 miles.
