@@Irma_Inahd Defensive perks like "damage absorption" and "rock" will have their effects inverted when entering pursuit. "Rock" especially will jacked up your crit damage and crit rate to stupid levels, so having another perk that increase crit damage even more in pursuit is always welcomed
@@Irma_Inahd does lower defenses even matter when ya can't die in pursuit? Even then it's can be somewhat remedied with lifesteal, getting a buttload of health back when it triggers during pursuit, somewhat making you tankier

As far as I remember, I got it via Raid chest, either 1 or 2

Yes, it works, but you have to use Price of Victory too

Himmelstein provides a significant increase in damage. But yes, there is one drawback as you said
