Mikee: Hindi naglalagay ng sunscreen sa noo.
That's true actually. I learned it the hard way. I'm a hiker tapos palaging pumapasok ang sunscreen sa mata ko pag-pinapawisan na ako kasi ang pawis sa noo nahaluan na ng sunscreen so when it flows down to your foehead and then to your eyes, masakit talaga siya sa mata kasi may halo na ngang sunscreen. Then yung mga more experienced hikers and backpackers taught me na hindi dapat magsunscreen sa noo and around the eye area, dapat sa pisngi, nose, chin, neck, etc. lang. Kasi ang gagamiting sun protection sa noo and eye area ay caps, hats and sunglasses. That way protected ka pa rin pero hindi hahapdi ang mga mata mo.
