That's a pretty solid list. I'd have put Reconnaissance much higher on my list. It's useful in so many instances. At it's worst, it's a 1 mana gives virtual vigilance to your *NON-SHROUD* creatures. It also helps commanders that need their attack triggers to not suicide themselves or other creatures into blockers. Taigam or Zur, Kaalia, Linden, Narset and even Winota could use it. However, since damage doesn't use the stack, if your creature deals combat damage, unless it's first strike damage, it will also be dealt damage if blocked and you won't be able to respond to the damage before it dies, as you seemed to say in the video. Also a big fan of Sevinne's Reclamation.

Im sad Council’s Judgement isn’t here. Probably the most fun and effective removal spell against any permanent. You CHOOSE what permanent to exile, put a “VOTE” counter and you most likely will be in agreement with the rest of your play group on what to exile as the current biggest threat on the field. Gets past hexproof and shroud, hits any permanent and it never exiles ANYTHING YOU OWN. Great fun and effective spot removal for any emergencies you may have. Deserved at least an honorable mention. :(

I’m wondering if you changed your minds or if I misinterpreted your opinions. Also, totally agree with Vanquish the Horde, that card is Powerful.
I'm shocked Akroma's Will didn't make it in. Slightly overcosted board protection at worst, and one of White's best win cons with a large board making your creatures almost nearly unblockable at its best. It's gone into nearly all of my decks that has a white pip since its release.

That's cool but Orims Chant,Iona Shield of Emeria,Land Tax,Wrath of God,Path to exile,Farewell ,Rest in Peace and Balance should be in Top 100 in White Cards...Sun titan,Stoney Silence, Stone Giant,Ranger of Eon,Hour of Devastation,Remoseful Cleric and Flawless Manuever should be in Honorable Mentioned...The one that I Mentioned is Deserve the Spots..
