That was great, the microphone picks up the sounds really well. I was hoping to find a demonstration of the Energy Vitality Technique, that are taught in the Phase 1 practitioner training Solfeggio workshop.

I know that technique, but would not do a teaching demonstration explaining it as it is Davids and copyrighted. Also he only uses 6 forks instead of 9. He uses the 6 forks together for the 7th chakra.
