You're not well informed about bitcoin mining instead of blowing up your account you can hire an expert and even allow them manage your trade, that way you won't have to lose money
2:05 the 1/3 attack applies to all decentralized concensus protocols (like bitcoin). it assumes control of the internet though, i.e. beeing able to isolate large parts of the network. without this firewall control, proof of work blockchains are also attackable if you control half of the mining power.
