Jay Weed he was clearly talking about the scene from Endgame (which they shot back to back) where he, Rhodey and rocket are trapped under the rubble under the destroyed compound waiting for Ant-Man to trek through the flooding water to save them, 2 + 2 is 4 man.
He probably realized he was thinking of a different (and potentially genuine) scene and swapped out ant-man for Spider-Man either just to include Tom Holland in it or to maintain his story so as not to give away that he was actually laying out a scene that might happen in the next film because if he had let his mistake slip people would have noticed and noted it - but the way he played it I doubt anyone flagged it and/or kept it in mind for Endgame.
I feel like Tom has gotten in trouble the most, even though he doesn’t have the all the information... and I find that funny 😂😂😂😂
