A paper cup handle making machine is a specialized equipment used in making paper cups with handles. It is an automatic machine with a multi-working station that produces cups through the procedure of automatic paper cup wall feeding, paper handle feeding and sticking, top cup lubrication, heating, bottom punching, knurling, curling & cup stacking. The machine has an additional station for handle formation that involves paper feeding and cutting. These handle cut-outs are pasted on the paper fans right before they are pushed forward for side sealing or cone formation. Robotic Arm plays a vital role in transferring cup cone to Moulds for further process of Bottom heating, knurling and Top curling. The machine can make paper cups in various sizes ranging from 40-330 ml. Paper cups with handle are used to serve hot beverages such as soup, coffee, etc.
