Finally someone point out the 1st trick, you know some youtubers when they take pictures and videos for comparisons, they don't even wipe the lens clean and then proceed saying the image is blurry or whatsoever. Kudos to you man
Mobile Photography: 1)wipe clean your lens, preferably MICROFIBER CLOTH 2) turn on grid lines。 3)Set ratio to 3:4 4) Use several lens to shoot same scene 5) start experiencing PRO MODE by lower ISO 6) Look for endless angle to try on
This guy is awesome. Finally someone knows how to teach us how to use our Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra camera phone. Plus videos as well. I rather learn more about my phone through him than some other UA-camr. He took his time and didn't rush through it. Great job.
This is probably the first photography video I saw that explains the terms by showing the camera itself. I had a hard time knowing ultrawide mode, telephoto etc, until he showed the menu of S21U here. Thanks bro
I think you are a really serious and wise person in using the camera on your cellphone, unlike most other people who just snap and immediately jump to conclusions, good job
For others to emphasize how much this video helped me: I think I can count on my fingers the amount of UA-cam comments I've made in the last 10 years and I have to say, this was an awesome video! The 3:4 ratio + grid tip was a game changer! Thank you!
Congrats, Demas - You are the first S21 Ultra reviewer I have seen who can actually take great photos. These are really good tips and I enjoyed seeing all the creative and artsy shots you came up with. I especially like the macro and close-up shots. This is actually the main reason I bought the S21 Ultra. It is far more flexible than my Huawei P20 Pro which _was_ the best camera on a phone when I got it.
@@bizisback I'm comparing aspect ratios - not the megapixels.. The tip is to shoot in 3:4 and not to shoot in any other ratios because it is essentially a cropped photo.. I also said in the video that you should only use 108mp when you're trying to create 'photography' or 'art' because it takes more memory space and also takes longer to process.. 108mp is the highest resolution but you misunderstood the sentence out of context..
@@demasrusli just curious about the 3x4 108Mp because I'm not photo tech savvy but I'd like to learn. Some gorgeous photos you snapped. I want mine to look that good 🙂 why do you suggest this mode particularly? Is if the resolution, the high pixel count or is it something else? I genuinely interested in learning how to use this camera. Awesome content by the way!
I’ve just bought this phone and had no idea it could do so much. I’ll keep replaying this video until I learn how to use it to get better shots. No wonder the young sales man was impressed that at my age I was updating and and getting this camera. He knew how super it is - I’d say complicated.
Thanks for not using unnecessary jargons and keeping it simple. I have recently started using S21 Ultra. I hope I will get better photos following these tips. Keep up the excellent work. This is my first time on this channel and subscribed.
S21 cameras are full of shxt. IPhone blow the cameras away. One slight movement the pictures ruined. There could be an earthquake and the iPhone will show in perfect detail the situation. Only good thing I have to say about the iPhone.
As the brand new owner of the wonderful Galaxy S23 Ultra, these tips were enormously helpful thank you, and I must say, I love your absolutely beautiful photography.
Wow! I'm a cheap guy and I don't buy phones until they have been around for a couple of years. So, obviously, I just picked up the Galaxy S21. After watching your video, I'm floored by what this phone can do. I've always been a make calls, send text, and look up things kind of phone user. But after watching this video, I will go out in the world (that sounds sadder than it is) and shoot some cool photos. Thanks for the excellent tips.
This tips are great and for me the best was to know that 4:3 ratio gives me the best resolution, I didn't knew it and I'm going to put it on practice! Thank you Demas! Greetings from Mexico.
I take snaps from my bike, while riding, and don't have time for composing. I am spontanous and just wanna capture the moment. Turning on 108MP will help me doing composition in post while still mainting lots of detail. Thank you for reminding me to turn it on :)
My favorite tip is what you said about the Samsung Galaxy S21 able to take about 108MP shot and the phone having an ultra wide angle camera. Just wow 🔥 Also, as always, YOUR SHOTS ARE AMAZING!!
I have the S21 Ultra and live in Sydney but my photos rarely look like yours lol.. I would appreciate if you can post a longer and more detailed video on how you manage to take such great pics, and how we could get the best out of the key camera options such as night mode, pro mode etc.
Thanks mate! Check out my Astrophotography on a phone video for a break down on how to use Pro-Mode: ua-cam.com/video/3DafqsSMVbU/v-deo.html Photography is more about finding good angles and that takes a lot of practice and going out to shoot, the camera/phone is just a tool to capture it
excellent, my friend. I just got my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5g, and am still learning how to use the complete package. thanks for the advice...thumbs up.
Thank you for this! I've had galaxy phones for 10 years and have never taken the time to actually learn how to work the camera. I just assumed that I was bad at taking pictures
When I used my micro 43 camera I used to use the aperture priority mode to get shallow depth of field. I'm using S21+ and can't get much shallow out of it. I wonder if phone makers will provide this function in the future. Thanks for the video especially on using the pro mode.
I switched to iPhone 12 Pro Max and wow the video is amazing. I would recommend iPhone if you plan using your phone to video vlog. My first iPhone and Android isn’t even close! You made a nice video with good tips!

Thank you for this information it was very helpful but may I ask which phone did you use in the beginning of the video? And which one do you recommend iPhone 12 pro max or s 21 ultra?
By beginning of the video do you mean what camera did I record myself with? That was shot on my actual camera - a Sony a7R4 :) And for the recommendation, I can't say anything about the iPhone 12 Pro Max because I've never used it before.. But the S21 Ultra is a great phone!
I enjoyed your tips very much. How do I pick each camera/lens? Where are the distinct lens buttons? Sorry I don't know something so basic yet.. Thank you
Great video man! I appreciate the effort and thorough straightforward step by step instructions. I've had an s21ultra for about a year now and dang.
