He was a bench guy I never heard of, then all of a sudden he was good in the playoffs for Sacramento, then he disappeared again and was on every team in the NBA, then he showed up in Orlando like 10 years later and was really good again and somehow hadn't gotten any older, and his name changed from Hidayet to Hedo, and he kept getting taller every year. from 6'8" to 6'10" to 6'11" at one point. I swear he also got a nose job. None of this is a joke.

when they invert the big men with the double high post, is that still considered "horns"? Adelman was such a underrated coach. He'd have at least a couple championships if it wasn't for Phil Jackson. he never over-coached and had some awesome balanced teams with great passing and tenacious fast breaks. His main problems had to do with how his teams managed end of quarters-- like Nellie and George Karl. Doug Christie wasn't the "worse starter", he entered in the league being a slasher and then, when he started playing with bigger stars, he became a defensive specialist and a reliable 3 point shooter.
He was smart enough to back off and let the more talented players lead the game, while keep contributing for the team.
Who do you think had the task of guarding Kobe Bryant in that serie?
Stojaković was effective only on the offensive side of the court, so I put him at the bottom of the King's starting five.

Blackwatch honestly kings would have beat Lakers had their shooters been more reliable. Every1 in kings can pass well but not everyone can shoot. Even their greatest shooter, arguably peja can disappear and is just a spot up shooter. Bibby maybe the second best shooter is a mid ranger . There were many well passed shot that were missed. Gsw plays similarly where they split the d and everyone plays hot potato and use the extra pass without playing iso Ball but gsw can hit buckets

They basically ran a slower tempo of what the Warriors currently run. Kings only weakness and it was a small one but they didn't have a SG who could get his own bucket when needed. That's what separated the the Spurs from the Kings during this period in the NBA. Spurs had a young Ginobli who could get his own shot or create and at the very least draw a foul. Kings had Christie( a defender) Stojakovic(sharp shooter) neither could get their own shot which put tremendous pressure on Bibby to carry the scoring load in last 2 minutes, same personnel bug derailed the Clippers the past few years.

The Phoenix Suns should run this offense this season. The combo of Chriss, Bender, and Len are good enough passers/ mid-range shooters to really make this work. Bledsoe is a good primary ball handler. Booker and Warren are excellent cutters and spot up shooters. Knight and Ullis would also run this well off the bench with the remaining of Chriss or Bender.
