Freddie Freeman is the WS MVP but Blake Treinen is the WS MVP also(Most Valuable Pitcher). Look at those high pitch count in 3 games he's on. Congrats Dodgers!!!
Walker Buehler earned himself a payday because he proved -- on the biggest stage -- that he's learned to be a pitcher, not just a flamethrower. That said, I think what really exemplified this game was that on the three Yankees' errors, those plays also required the Dodgers to do the little things right. Hernandez doesn't get to 2nd without a quick read and hauling ass, Judge was pretty shallow in center. Next play, that error probably doesn't happen and he doesn't make it to 3rd without a great jump. On the Cole / Rizzo mixup, if Mookie had jogged out of the box because of the liner to 1st like 90% of players would have, he doesn't beat Rizzo to the bag. The Dodgers did the little things while the Yankees lost focus, and that got them the game.
Walker gets a nice one year deal to prove he can last the entire season after two major arm surgeries. I hope it’s with the Dodgers. Teams just don’t take that chance anymore.
@@ARes13FOX I think he proved it. And I think he earned the right for more than 1 year. I think the Dodgers are pretty good at paying their players for what they did, at least with this front office. The WHOLE WORLD keeps saying, "The Yankees gave away the game and helped the Dodgers score and tie the game." No, they didn't. The Dodgers played with EVERYTHING they had and NEVER GAVE UP even when it seemed IMPROBABLE to come back due to the momentum of the game and stadium crowd. That's why when the Dodgers put it all on the line, the PRESSURE was TOO much for the Yankees to handle, which is why Yankees made error after error after error.

Agreed! One of the things I loved about this collection of networks was how they postured themselves around integrity, from the Astros cheating breakdown on, and around positivity. I don't even care as much about them laughing at the two mooks mugging Mookie as I do with Jimmy saying over and over that it was awesome, and then trying to rewrite the facts on 3 Things that they weren't in support of what these fans were doing in that moment. Don't insult our intelligence, particularly when the origin of the company are firmly rooted in respecting the integrity of the game. Guess integrity only matters when it helps the Yankees. @@friedchicken567 Dusty only has 1 ring as a manger. The one in '22.
Losing to that buffoon is legendarily stupid
Thanks for all the coverage this year.
Trev, love listening to your point of view as a former big leaguer. You should start a Talkin’ Dodgers show!!
Finally!!! Dodgers 24’ CHAMPS! Thanks for an awesome year of baseball Chris and Trev!
Im a Yankees fan, finally getting to the point where I’m comfortable reliving the loss, and rose absolutely COOKED!
There’s been a lot of Freddie-Kirk comparisons, but there needs to be more Buehler-Hershiser comparisons. Absolutely inherited the title of bulldog.
Great coverage and analysis this season - thank you, gents! ✌️🌺⚾
I looked at a lot of backpacks before deciding to kislux their bag. I'm so glad I did. This is a beautiful backpack that looks well made. I bought it for an upcoming trip and am so excited to have it. It only took a few days to get here, so the shipping was fast. I highly recommend it and will buy again. It also makes a great gift.
Thank for the coverage. You made these game better 👍
I'm only into watching baseball for Shohei so I need another WS where he can contribute some more.
Being a Dodger fan and knowing Dodger history, I totally expected what happened to the Yankees in the 5th inning to have happen to the Dodgers... What a mind-boggling turnaround.
Joez needs to hear some of what Rosey was cooking in this ep
James and Jake should apologize for cheering on those fans.
Loved seeing them be sad in person.
Yup. I was pretty surprised they did that. It was just bad taste for individuals I thought were all about respect and class.
that and barstool sports for interviewing that douche bag,as he walked in one of em bowed to him like he was a god or something. Just trashy, says alot about yankee fans
Trevor and Rose are about the only JM thing I can stomach right now, and I used to watch pretty much everything this network did all day long. Just for Jimmy to treat us all like idiots.
@@wallberlinyour intelligence should be insulted because they have always been clear that they’re laughing AT the situation, how absurd it is, and how stupid the fan looks. They’ve always been outspoken about treating players with respect.
Dodgers fans really looking for anything to be upset at
Die hard Dodger fan here:
JEEEEZ, Rose! Don’t kick em while they’re down! Haha
Plouffe you might end up on volpe “receipts “ list 😮 27:45
Does anybody know what former MLB player Rose was talking about? 16:00
GOATANI is a world series champ! Ring tonight, then NL MVP next month. Well deserved
All Dodger championships are post integration bc man we weren't winning shit pre Jackie lol, even then it took until 1955
Sad the season is over, but a great season of Baseball Today it was 😢😊 Everyone be cool now and VOTE 🇺🇸
for the last tome this season; CUZ HOLDIN IT UP LIKE A BABY LYON 🙌🏻🤳
ICE CREEEEAAAAMMM!!!!
@YES! YESS YOU GET IT!
Thank you, Chris for giving the Dodgers credit rather than saying the yankees choked. We still hd to get the hits after the errors. That is Dodgers baseball
Chris Rose, Trevor Plouffe, Dodgers!!! 💪🏽 💪🏽 💪🏽
That was a legendary rant by rose
The title should be Freddie Freeman and the Dodgers
So the Yankees gave up 5 runs after leading 5-0 in the 5th inning of game 5 of the World Series? What a coincidence
By definition it is a failure. Failures are part of life and essential for learning. Call it a failure doesn't take away from the season. It is by definition a failure if the goal is to win.
My heart breaks for. Mike Trout 💔 but as for SHOHEI…. Dave roberts said said in an interview …. “SHOHEI looked at him and said…can’t wait to do this 9 more times”
Thank you for the great coverage. I’m happy the Dodgers won, but as a baseball fan, I’m not too happy about how the Yankees threw it away. My brother and I were literally texting each other about attending Game 6. And then the 5th Inning happened… thanks again Gents!
I have great respect to Trevor for pointing out that 5th inning for the two hits after 2 outs. It was only 5-1 at that point and Cole gave those hits afterwards. Very few give credit dodgers for that in that regard and focus mostly on the errors.
18:21 Wonder if that ball to Judge was knuckling and made that error happen?
I said dodgers in 5 for a reason the whole way. They are just a different level of team. What a crazy way for the Yankees to blow this one.
If you're wondering why they take shirts off, kershaw was the one who started that. He also started the no goggles thing because he days you want to let it burn so you'll remember it forever. The burn is good he said 😂 I love kershaw
I LOVE that Kersh is a shirt off guy lmao. Hopefully he converts Shohei 👀
Dude’s been smashing way too many Dodger dogs and beers in the clubhouse 😂
Trev with the Undefeated fit 🔥
