You can send the money through India. India can take over the payments and pay to Russia for Bangladesh in rupees or in BRICS currency. India already gave the facility to Bangladesh that it can pay for its imports from India in Taka.

Bangladesh is planning to take loan from china in their currency. Part of this loan could be used to pay Russians and the dollar saved to pay Russians can be used for the projects for which Chinese loan has asked for.
