No, there is no headshot refund on this bow. I think it will be pretty OP if it does. I use the 'resupply' perk from the techniques to refill my ammo by resolve

Do you need to have the iki island dlc to get it ?

You don't need the dlc to get this short bow, since this is in the legends mode.
