I tried Curls Blueberry Bliss Leave-in ages ago because Target had sample sizes of it. I liked it a lot at first but started to feel it was too much for my hair. Haven't tried the other Curls products and maybe I'd feel differently about the Leave-in if I combined with the other Curls products.
I really like the leave in and sort of like the gel (I’ve been using it to refresh and works great layering it over my products from wash day, but it doesn’t give me enough hold to use on its own.) I used to like the creme brûlée cream. It smells so yummy, but lately it has been making my hair stringy. It was interesting to see it used on a different hair type.
You just reminded me I haven’t used these in a while. I’m going to have to revisit them and see what I still think of them.
My daughter is mixed and the only product that I know I can count on is the Creme Brulee. I dont care for the blueberry bliss on her hair. Does the Creme Brulee have protein in it?
It does not contain protein. Thank you for watching!
I have a similar curl pattern and my hair also loves protein. I have been on this wavy/curly journey for a few years and haven’t tried these products although they are very popular. I will definitely try these.
Thank you so much for watching! Glad to hear you’re giving them a try!
Your hair is beautiful! I love how it looks with these products
Aww thank you! And thanks so much for watching!
What oil do you apply to your hair afterwards for fly aways?
Verb Ghost Oil has been my favorite lately. It’s lightweight so it smooths without weighing the hair down. There is a link in the description box under my favorites. Thanks for watching!
Verb Ghost Oil is just a bottle of silicone. There's 3 or 4 silicones before you even get to the argan oil.
@@elizabeth-2213 I like silicones. Thank you for watching!
@@elizabeth-2213 I won't be purchasing. It pops up not safe for hair if your trying to avoid harsh products.
@@elizabeth-2213 oils and silicones do exactly the same thing, there is no difference between putting oils or silicones in your hair, silicones are literally just artificial oils, except that a lot of silicones are water soluble and let water enter your hair shaft therefore drying out your hair less than oil. If you like to avoid silicones then you should also avoid oils for the same reason. The idea that oils are better than silicones is just a marketing tactic to sell you oil based products rather than silicone based products by convincing you that the silicones are worse.
