70K seems in the ballpark, maybe a little high. Pricing is tough right now. The lumber yards I go in have signs on the door stating the pricing may not be as marked because their prices fluctuate so frequently that they cannot keep up with it. The lumber quote seems low, but the trusses were separated. Concrete is $180 ish per yard in my area, just the material, no finishing or rebar. The metal price seems on point. I'm a carpenter by trade but have worked in the insurance industry estimating and spent time estimating and selling residential projects.
