2 questions, What model TSI does he have, are they lighter than an MGP VX4 extreme?

I'm not sure, but it isn't lighter but it's definitely more durable. MGP is more for park riders and TSI is for hardcore street riders. TSI decks will last you a lifetime.

Nah. Those bars are 26" tall tilt sentry bars. I'm 5'11" and I ride Affinity XL T bars which are 28 high. You definitely want 28 high if you're 6'2".
