It had helped many many times, and it gives me comfort as well. thank you

Perfect night's sleep: hook Bluetooth speaker to phone, set physical speaker volume to low. Put phone to dark mode. Set up ' relax rain' app, set to 'rainy day' and adjust phone volume to a bit louder than needed. In different tab set UA-cam to this video. Set phone volume to medium or lower. Pull down the top menu and set brightness to darkest setting, but leave the top menu still open so that the screen is nearly black. Perfect night 😌
