- In this video you will be evaluating an HR dataset about absenteeism and health. You will use your skills to provide a data driven approach to determine how to provide a bonus and incentive to healthy employees. You will also develop a database, SQL queries to answer questions and build a dashboard which meets a wireframe specification. Hello thanks for this video , my question is on the second join of the reasons table , I expected the join to be on a common column but you joined on another , wondering why!!....thanks
Everything was joined on common values in the columns. The column names don't need to be the same. They just need matching values
hi, I have an issue ('Absenteeism time in the hours ' column is a varchar data type ) it throws me an error when I calculate the average. How did you manage at your end? I tried to convert varchar to numeric SQL server does not let me do it and help

Hi. Why is the workload in thousands?
Details: "Microsoft SQL: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)"

if we not including legends on pie charts then it could difficult for viewers to understand what each dataseries represents
