Thanks great video. I was there with you for the first day and really enjoyed it. At the end you showed the large array of solar panels, but when I walked past them there was a deafening din coming from the power generators nearby hahaha.
Lol. Didn't hear those but doesn't surprise me! Hard to run an event like this completely off renewables. Good to see they are trying though (unlike a lot of sports)
Awesome to get to see an inside view into the spectator village. I’d love to see a deep dive into those marks, gps controlled sounds like a dream! That removes a lot of work in case of wind shifts
I know! They were good fun 😂 Thanks for the shirt feedback. Probably will take a little while to get everything right but I will aim to produce at least a small batch.
Thanks for sharing in-person view! That helicopter noise is infuriatingly distracting and prevents being able to hear sailboat noises and 'humming' - event needs to use smaller electric drones for cameras.

Thanks Hendrik. Yeah that would be cool. I expect over time innovations like that will filter down to us mortals.
We were to the left of you on the ramparts at the citadel as you look out to sea
It was good to see you had some fans on the ground John even though I couldn't understand them!! Look forward to your analysis video.
Love the fans you found, they were hilarious! I will take a shirt if you produce them.

Just a kiwi who'd love to be there
Same, it looks awesome 😎
It was lovely! SailGP is coming to NZ next January so hopefully you can experience it then

I agree. There must be some reason they aren't using drones but can't think what that could possibly be
Looks amazing but the lady on the mic has a voice that could strip paint.
Poor Kate! She had really good energy tbf which was good for the atmosphere.
I’ll take a shirt if you can ship to the US
Cool man. Will have to look at how best to do it. Should be able to ship to US. Stay tuned
