That’s what I thought too. I didn’t think it resembled a salute at all. He was gesturing that his heart goes out to everyone. He was excited and being silly and having fun.

See any interview with him, especially on Joe Rogan, he is very awkward. This was a mere "I give my heart to you all" and that's it nothing more.
